Raised in the cold storage business. Jason spent 20+ years in cold storage, including as CEO of SnoTemp Cold Storage, transforming it into a Top 25 PRW in North America. He understands the business from the ground up—from sweeping construction sites in his youth to leading complex facility expansions and building high-performing teams that deliver for customers every day. This operator perspective now shapes his approach at ChillCo: partnering with cold storage owner-operators to preserve what they have built while helping their businesses grow.

Raised in a family business. Tarun grew up working in his father’s business and is currently helping navigate his dad’s retirement and succession plan. He understands what sellers are going through firsthand. He brings over a decade of M&A and finance experience, previously VP of Investments at CORE X Partners and VP in Investment Banking at HSBC.

Raised in the food and cold storage business. Andy grew up in a family deeply rooted in food service and distribution. From his father’s work as a meat cutter in the family grocery store to his mother’s role in her family’s distribution business, those early lessons in hands-on operations and relationship-driven growth stuck. As President of Mattingly Family Companies and Mattingly Cold Storage, he has spent 30+ years leading large-scale facility expansions, strategic acquisitions, and the creation of new business divisions. He brings an owner-operator’s perspective to ChillCo, with a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain a cold storage business over the long term.

With over 15 years as CFO of Mattingly Family Companies, Rusty’s expertise in finance and operations has been instrumental in overseeing financial strategy and supporting the continued expansion of their cold storage operations. Prior to Mattingly, he held leadership roles across development, construction, and finance at The Longaberger Company, rising to VP of Development and later CFO. A CPA with decades of experience guiding growth-oriented businesses through complex financial decisions, he brings a perspective that strengthens ChillCo’s ability to support owner-operators through every stage of a transition.

Angie brings extensive experience in finance and operations, cultivated over more than 13 years at Mattingly Family Cold Storage, where she began as Finance and Accounting Manager and advanced to Executive Vice President and Partner. She provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, technology, and daily warehouse operations, driving data-informed decision-making, elevating customer service standards, and implementing scalable technology solutions. Before Mattingly, she spent 17 years at The Longaberger Company building a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and IT. She brings a unique blend of financial discipline and operational know-how that strengthens ChillCo’s ability to help cold storage businesses scale efficiently.
